The Lidl Career Workshop was held on Saturday, November 16th, at the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center (SNFCC). Throughout the course, the 20 winners met Irini Nikolaidou, who, as a distinguished and certified career coach, provided them with the essential tools and supplies so as to achieve their professional goals.
“The Lidl Skills Trap Escape Room Challenge” was an experience lived by thousands of people in Athens, Thessaloniki and Patras, testing their strengths in a team challenge. They played in groups of 5, solved puzzles, had fun and showed through the fun Escape Room how team players fast, inventive, flexible and creative they were. The top 20, who managed to escape The Lidl Skills Trap in the shortest time and with the fewest help possible, won the 20 seats at The Lidl Career Workshop, an interactive workshop that helped them unlock and take off their skills.
The workshop, among others, helped participants to:
- Prepare appropriately for an interview
- Understand their professional desires better
- Recognize their strengths and take them off
- Set the goals that will help them achieve their dream careers.
- Develop new skills
