Introduction
The “Transforming Potential in Performance” lab is a Team coaching workshop designed to meet the needs and expectations of the customer and offers participants personal empowerment, development of communication and collaboration skills.
In the current conditions of increased efficiency requirements, due to the rapidly changing economic environment and competition, as well as the opportunities in the financial sector, flexible adaptation to new conditions, leadership development and empowerment of executives’ competencies through effective communication and collaboration, are key tools for success and survival for the organization and its executives.

The seminar takes place at Moving Minds Offices at 1, Paparigopoulou Street, Voula or at the customer’s preferable facilities after consultation and as long as the technical requirements of the seminar are met.
