The “Coaching Supportive Open Line” program is a support line that can cover the full range of problems and concerns that may arise when practicing as a coach.
Through Scheduled Speed Sessions, it gives to the participants the unique opportunity to express their professional and personal concerns to an experienced Coach who can support – guide them to effectively address and resolve any individual issue that concerns them.
Through this specific process of Speed Sessions, newcomers Practitioner Coaches will:
- get immediate assistance in the practical, and not only, matters that concern them
- benefit from the experience and objectivity of an experienced Coach professional
- have the opportunity to share their concerns fearlessly in a safe environment for experimentation
To whom it is addressed
The “Coaching Supportive Open Line” program is addressed to those who have completed their basic training of at least 60 hours or are graduates of an accredited training coaching program.
Ιt is also addressed to those who have already attended the “Coaching Business : From Theory to Practice”, or the “Coaching Supervision: Becoming more Professional as a Coach”, or the “Mentor Coaching: Becoming an ICF Professional Coach” programs offered by Moving Minds.
The Program consists of a scheduled 30-minute Speed Session per month, conducted by telephone or via zoom.
The total time of the sessions is 4 hours per year and the service is not independent but complementary.
