Irini Nikolaidou received the “Advanced Certification in Team Coaching” (ACTC) and is now a recognized Team Coach by the International Coach Federation (ICF).
This recognition is a milestone in her multi-year career as a coach because, it makes her part of the few recognized Coaches worldwide, who have an official certification in team coaching, according to the ICF’s high professional and ethical standards.
The certification was the result of a demanding process organized for the first time by the ICF at a pilot level, aiming to shape the educational requirements and finalize the evaluation criteria of Coach Practitioners who wish to be certified in Team Coaching.
