The COACH NOW 2022 hybrid conference took place on October 8. The fourth in the Coach Now series was titled: “Coaching in Business” and Create Corporate Success. It took place live, in the conference center of Domotel Kastri, but also online via live streaming.
Moving Minds was there and actively attended!
The conference, centered on Coaching, focused on businesses and executives. The current landscape for the business environment was presented, shedding light on the challenges faced by businesses and their people and through speeches, workshops and experiential workshops proposals, solutions and coaching tools for prosperity and sustainability were presented.
Distinguished speakers & experienced professionals participated in this year’s program, such as Marshall Goldsmith, executive coach and author awarded by the New York Times as Bestselling author for his book entitled “The Earned Life” and Dave Wondra, Executive Coach, CEO Wondra Group, Past Chairman ICF Global Board and ICF Foundation.
Moving Minds supported the event again this year. With the participation of Irini Nikolaidou, PCC, ACTC and CSTP Mentor and in collaboration with Olga Papatriandafillou (Mindfulness Institute CEO, CSTP Trainer), they presented a Group Coaching Workshop on the benefits of Team Coaching combined with Mindfulness. The discussion focused on Trust, Psychological Safety in the workplace, Strengthening Cooperation, the establishment of common understanding and Collective Intelligence, as factors favoring Team Development and Efficiency of the members of a TEAM.
This was followed by the group experiential exercise aimed at active learning on the part of the participants on issues related to awareness, focus, communication, cooperation and the adjustment of the I to the WE, in order to produce a mutually acceptable perception and result.
As part of the conference, the diplomas were awarded to the graduates of the “Coaching Skills & Tools in Practice”training of the ICF-approved ACSTH program.
